Make A Wish! (A Wish List, That Is.)
I'm not sure about you, but I'm always running into the conundrum of my cart being, well, bigger than my wallet. (I know I'm not the only one!) While it would be amazing if we all had unlimited funds, that's just not real life, is it? Sometimes things get in the way, or bills are due, or you just don't have time to sort through all your wants to decide what you really need today. Whatever your reasons to browse now and pay later, we have you covered at Created by Elsie B with our intuitive wish list feature. If you haven't created a wish list yet, follow along as we show you how to build the virtual stash of your dreams. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Join and Login to Createdbyelsieb.com
In order to access the wish list feature, you must first be logged in to your Created by Elsie B account. If you haven't joined, it's as simple as entering your first and last name, a valid email address and selecting a password. (Don't forget to write it down or save it in your browser!) To sign in, enter your email address and the previously selected password. You are now logged in and can add anything in our catalog to your wish list!
2. Browse the Elsie B Catalog
Use the Shop tab to browse the full range of colorways offered in the Created By Elsie B store. Select either a fiber base or a color to show the available braids in that category. You can also look at all the products of any specific type including notions bags and spinning tools. If you are new to our fibers, check out LeAndra's Favorites to see some of our house picks and best selling products. Returning Created by Elsie B customers might prefer browsing our most recently added listings of hand dyed fibers. If you already know your top picks, use the search bar to pull them up quickly.
Once you've identified your favorites, open each product fully or purchase them easily by using the "Quick Shop" button that appears when you hover over a listing. Keep in mind that this feature only allows you to see the product names, listing photos and the price. If you want the full details about each colorway, click through to the product page to see all available information, including which other colorways coordinate with your pick. (To change views when in the "Quick Shop" tab, select "Full Details" at the bottom of the listing.)
3. Add Your Favorites to Your Wish List
In both the quick shop and regular listing views, look for the black "Add to wishlist" bar that appears directly under the product's price. If you are still considering a particular colorway, the heart will appear black with a white outline. Clicking on the wish list bar will cause the heart to appear solid white and the tab's text will change to "Remove from wishlist." (If you aren't logged in and try to add an item, a popup will appear prompting you to login to the website.)
Congratulations! You now have a wish list! You can view your full virtual dream stash by opening "Your Wishlist" on the top right of the navigation bar. You can access each product listing directly from this page, making shopping quick and easy. (Don't worry if your favorites sell out - your wish list items will remain visible unless the product is completely retired from our catalog.) In addition, removing items from your main wish list page is as easy as pressing the X at the top right of each photo. Super simple to add and subtract items and window shop to your heart's content!
