When can I expect my package?
As of December 2023 we ship Ready to Ship items within 4 business days, Dyed to Order ships 2 months after DTO closes (ie: if purchased in December your order will ship end of February) if you need expedited shipping please email us at email@example.com.
USPS First Class shipping is estimated to arrive 2-5 days after postal acceptance. If your order is 4+ items, it is automatically upgraded to Priority Mail, for orders less than 4 items, you can select the Priority Mail Shipping Upgrade when checking out.
Priority Mail is estimated to arrive 1-3 days after postal acceptance.
International orders will ship USPS First Class International and estimated delivery varies by destination.
*Please note, this does not apply to custom orders or purchases that include Spinolution products.
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders have a current turn around time of 8-10 weeks from date of payment. Please note: If a Custom Order and Ready to Ship fibers are purchased in the same transaction, your whole order will ship when the Custom Order does. If you would like the in-stock items to ship sooner than that, please purchase the Custom Order in one transaction, and the ready-to-ship items in another transaction to allow for different ship dates.
FOR ORDERS THAT INCLUDE SPINOLUTION PRODUCTS
The lead time for Spinolution products is 6-8 weeks.
IF I PLACE 2 SEPARATE ORDERS, CAN YOU COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE?
No, we do not combine orders.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping if an order is returned and has to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address. If the customer refuses to pay for the item to be reshipped, the customer will be refunded the cost of the item minus the cost of the original shipping amount. If the customer wishes to change their address before the order is shipped, the original order will be refunded and the customer will be required to re-purchase with their updated/correct address.
Shipping charges include the postage, envelope, and packaging but DO NOT include insurance. If you'd like your package to come with insurance please make sure to message me for details and be prepared to pay more.
Again, orders are not insured.
Buyers are responsible for any duty or custom charges if applied.
In the event of a return, shipping costs ARE NOT refundable - your refund will be for the item cost only.
We ship by USPS for most packages, 5 lb+ orders are often shipped via FedEx.
If by some chance you do not receive your package in a reasonable time, please contact me so we can sort it out.
However, we are not responsible for lost packages.
Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Orders that must be reshipped due to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping fees.
