Grown Organically, Polwarth is blend of Merino & Lincoln, this Australian breed was developed in 1880.
The wool was selected from two family farms on the islands and measures an incredible 22 microns. The fleeces were processed in the UK. Sheep that are raised organically are not subject to mulesing, and they are not dipped for pesticides.
How soft is it? Next to skin soft

Dyed with Jacquard, Dharma and/or ProChem acid dyes
I dye all my fiber using professional acid dyes in my smoke free & pet friendly home. Our puppy Brutus the Yorkshire Terrier, is of course, not allowed to play with the wool.
Care instructions: Handwash finished product in cool water, this item will felt.
